Custom Deck Builders, LLC is now interviewing for the following positions:
Must have 5 or more years experience in all aspects of residential construction, with an emphasis on deck construction. Lead carpenters may be responsible for all aspects of on-site project organization, execution, and completion. As well as managing multiple employees and sub-contractors. Applicants should have an understanding of cost control, safety, building codes and blueprint reading. Basic math skills, ability to think analytically, and problem solve are also required.
Job responsibilities include:
- All aspects of deck and/or other project construction, including but not limited to; moving staging material, digging footings, excavation, general carpentry, material take-offs, site cleanliness, material pick-ups, tool maintenance, loading and unloading tools and materials.
- Quality control.
- Customer relations.
- Purchasing materials and/or small tools.
- Supervising field crew.
- Attend weekly production meetings.

- Some aspects of deck and/or other project constructions, including but not limited to; moving/staging material, digging footings, excavating, site cleanliness, material pick up, tool maintenance, loading and unloading tools and material etc.
- Increasing construction/project knowledge.
- Quality control.
- Customer relations.
- Cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
