The cost of a new deck will depend on the overall design and scope of the project as well as the specific material choices. Our typical deck projects start around $30,000 but may be up to $65,000 to $100,000. Some larger projects however, can be as much as $175,000 to $250,000. Once we know more about what’s important to you for the overall project, we can better advise you of an approximate cost.

Also, installing premium composite decking products on top of an old, worn and weathered deck frame would not be worth it in the end. The new products will far outlast the old framing.

At this site visit, we will also advise you on what will work best for your project based on your needs, wants and the space for the project. Of course, the $75 fee is credited to the cost of the project.
